Previously unseen footage has surfaced showing former U.S. President Bill Clinton alongside Monica Lewinsky during the height of their secret relationship in 1997.

The video captures a brief but striking moment: Clinton casually wraps an arm around Lewinsky’s waist as the two pose together for a photograph inside the Oval Office. The clip was made public for the first time on Wednesday, after being released on YouTube by the Clinton Presidential Library in response to a Freedom of Information request.
The recording dates back to February 28, 1997, shortly after Clinton delivered his weekly radio address. Notably, this marks the first time video evidence has emerged showing the two interacting on that day—at a point when their relationship had already been ongoing for nearly two years.
According to the Starr Report, Clinton later told Lewinsky that their affair would come to an end in May 1997, just three months after the footage was filmed. However, the scandal itself would remain hidden from public view for nearly another year before erupting onto the world stage.
